We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. You will need to bring your own athletic shoes.
All 12 Round Fit classes include 12 three-minute rounds of exercise with one minute of rest between rounds. Accordingly, classes typically range from 45 minutes to one hour, depending on any optional warm-up and cool-down.
At 12 Round Fit, we offer a unique class format that takes the pressure off of you to battle work, family and Atlanta traffic concerns to perfectly time your arrival at the gym. Classes start on the hour but consist of 12 three-minute rounds (with a one-minute break in between). If you arrive after a class has begun, you can jump in when the bell sounds on the next round and then continue through the early rounds of the next class.
We expect to limit class size through active management of our client roster. There is no formal sign-up process, but we value personal relationships and are in regular contact with all active fighters. While we prefer to limit classes to six fighters on the floor at once, we could comfortably and safely accommodate a few more. If you're not sure, shoot your trainer a text message, and he'll let you know the turnout expected that evening. We have never turned away any fighter who wanted to work out.
Yes, we offer sparring sessions for members with prior experience in boxing or kickboxing. Contact us for more information.
All group classes offered by 12 Round Fit cost $25 per class, payment due before class by cash, check or credit card.
We also offer a 10-class pass for $210, payable by check or credit card. Your pass will be debited as you attend classes and expires after six months. The six-month period will be paused for time off for injury recovery if the client notifies 12 Round Fit promptly after injury.

All applicants to the Parkinson's program must be assessed by Paul Delgado to determine eligibility. Generally, a PD fighter must be capable of exercising without the use of assistive devices. 12 Round Fit will make accommodations for a PD fighter if a safe and effective alternative can be arranged. For example, a PD fighter could be cleared on for seated exercises or if he or she is accompanied by a capable care partner or volunteer.
Yes, all clients must be18 years or older to participate in 12 Round Fit classes, including our Parkinson's classes. While there is no upper age limit, we recommend that people with PD (and pretty much anybody else) obtain the approval of their physician before beginning any exercise program. We reserve the right to request, as a condition to your participation, a letter from your physician clearing you for vigorous exercise. In addition, all clients will be required to sign and return our Liability Waiver form before their first workout.
While research has shown that vigorous and varied exercise can improve the quality of life of people living with PD who have physical impairments and/or balance issues, 12 Round Fit does not have the staff or equipment to support classes for people living with advanced PD. Ask your physical therapist for help setting up a safe and effective exercise plan based on your particular needs.
Visit our article on the Parkinson's Program page: "The Importance of Exercise in Fighting PD"
That page includes new Parkinson’s disease exercise recommendations to provide people with PD safe and effective exercise programs and instruction. The exercise guidelines include recommended frequency, intensity, time, type, volume and progression of exercises that are safe and effective for people with PD.
